Shipping

We normally ship UPS for Ground orders which is our standard shipping charge and FedEx/UPS for express orders. All our products leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days of your order. In rare instances, such as during heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to 3 business days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard UPS times apply which is based on the level of UPS service. UPS Ground, for example, depends on your location and the volume being handled by UPS at the time, it's usually three to seven business days within the USA. The shipping Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on the next business day. Overnight, second, and third day shipping is available for an additional shipping charge. Baskets that require delivery within one or two days will be shipped FedEx. 2 Day and Next Day delivery do not include Saturday delivery. For Saturday delivery please e-mail for rates. These methods are more costly than UPS Ground.
