HOW CAN YOU OFFER SUCH LOW PRICES?

At The Wine and Liquor Courier the customer is able to take advantage of our direct relationship with the manufacturer, Picnic Time, bringing you their best products via the internet. Your selection is shipped to you, or your gift recipient, directly from the manufacturer. This eliminates the retail store, and all those costly retail "overhead" markups are gone forever!

HOW UP-TO-DATE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?

The products we sell are always the most recent and innovative items
available. Our site is updated frequently to showcase the latest products, as they become available from the manufacturer.

CAN MY SELECTION BE GIFT WRAPPED?

Yes! We will be happy to Gift Wrap your selection for an additional $6.00 per item. A gift card can be included for no additional cost.

CAN MY SELECTION BE CUSTOMIZED?

Yes! For orders of 12 or more of the same item,
many of our items can be customized with silk screening, leather patches, brass tags, engraving or embroidery, at very competitive prices. Please call The Wine and Liquor Courier toll free at 877-536-1177 for prices and other information. Customized orders do require additional time.

CAN I SEND WINE or SPIRITS WITH MY PICNIC BASKET?

Of course! Any item being shipped to an adult over 21 years
of age can include wine, liquor and other gourmet food items.
Additional time and charges will apply. Please call a
customer representative toll free at 877-536-1177 for prices
and other information. A verifiable adult signature will be required upon delivery.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If the item you ordered is out of stock or unable to ship to a Customer,
Representative will contact you via phone or e-mail.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY SELECTION BE SHIPPED?

All in-stock items are shipped from the warehouse within 48 hours.
For an additional cost, most orders, received by 2pm EST, can be
shipped via air the same day. Holiday exceptions may apply.
Orders placed over the weekend or legal holiday will be
considered "received" the next business day. During heavy Holiday shipping times, shipping time may be extended.

DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service, FOB California.
After your product is shipped, delivery within the Continental US, will take 2 to 6 business days.
PLEASE NOTE:
Holiday shipping in December may require additional time.
The Wine and Liquor Courier assumes no responsibility and will not
issue a refund for delayed shipments.

EXPEDITED DELIVERY

Expedited delivery, via UPSNDA, UPS 2nd Day and UPS 3 day service is
available for an additional cost. Please call us Toll Free at 877-536-1177 for additional charges. Once the package leaves the factory, The Wine and Liquor Courier assumes no responsibility, and will not issue a refund for delayed shipments.

RETURNS

Our products are top quality name brand merchandise but we understand
that sometimes you just are not happy with an item you have purchased.
You can return any item except alcohol and food for a refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, in saleable condition and with ALL original materials and packaging. Accepting returns is at the total discretion of the Wine and Liquor Courier. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. We will not accept "Collect" return shipments.

Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

DAMAGED OR LOST MERCHANDISE

Should you receive damaged goods or an incomplete shipment, a claim for lost or damaged merchandise must be sent via e-mail, to sales@wineandliquorcourier.com. All claims must be received by the Wine and Liquor Courier within 5 days of the receipt of your package. Please include a daytime phone number with your claim.

A Customer Service Representative will respond within 48 hours of the receipt of your claim.
