Freixenet is
produced in the same painstaking manner as
champagne, in the traditional method, in which the
second stage of fermentation takes place in the
bottle. Just like French champagne, it is a high
quality, delicious sparkling wine, but because the
cost of grapes-the main ingredient-and labor in
Spain are between a third and a half of those in
France, Freixenet's sparkling wine is less expensive
than champagne and are appreciated by people around
the world.
