Dom Perignon is the prestige cuvée of Moët et Chandon Champagne house. It is named after the famous monk, who was the most important early influence in the development of Champagne into the sparkling wine we know today. An intensely flavored Champagne, displaying tropical fruit, berry and citrus aromas and flavors enmeshed in finely woven texture, ending with an aftertaste of dried fruit. Good firm structure lends support.
